My name is Shireen Firoz and I have been working in iMerit since 2019 as ITES Executive for one and half years and was promoted to as a Team Lead in September 2020 and continue in this position. After graduation, I have joined here by the recommendation of one of my colleagues and I have recommended this to many friends and definitely would in the future because this is the organization that most resembles my personal values. I love the progressive, left-leaning nature of the business, I love its openness, I love the fact that it is forward-thinking and it moves quickly and just the whole ethos behind it. It is something that I am proud of and I talk to friends about. I have joined iMerit as ITES Executive with no previous experience, learned many things, and then become a Senior ITES executive and now I am working as Team Leader, there are more than 40 folks working under my supervision. They like me and I am very much fortunate to work with a great team who always supports me. Initially, I faced few challenges. I was very new in the organization and do not have any previous experience. I have learned many things from this organization. The organization has taught me many things and always encourages me to improve my knowledge. I also remember how my managers and seniors helped me out to learn all the things here, they have supported me in each aspect and showed me the right path to do my task better.

Additionally, I would like to share my contribution and participation in many activities conducted by the Company. They always provided me the opportunity to enhance my skill and show my courage towards the company.
