My Experience at iMerit

I am so glad to write about my company experience because this is the best journey of my life. First of all I would like to say that this is my first company.

When I was in my first year of B.A, I got placed in this company and my joining date is 2nd may 2013. because this is my first job, so there were no expectations from my end, I had joined to learn something new and I learned a lot from here and whatever I am now this is because of iMerit and I know I will learn more and more.“So, My name is Kalyani, when I joined iMerit I had just completed my intermediate and now I have completed my masters in english on my own, iMerit has not only helped me in gaining experience in the technical field it has also helped me financially to achieve my career goals.”

I have a good experience at iMerit, almost 8 years. I had joined as executive ITES and then I got promoted as TL. Now I am working as a senior trainer. I would like to mention that the environment is very friendly and I can go and ask anyone a question, they are always willing to help. The work environment is also very fast paced.

I worked on a lot of projects based on CV, Content and NLP. I handled many teams as a TL. Whatever I learned from my seniors and colleagues, I always transfer my knowledge to others.

I learned that hard work really pays off. It takes time, but it will eventually and I also learned to be more patient. I need to relax. I believe that good things take time.

My aspiration is to work as a GM for this company if I will be there.
