Making Work From Home The “New Normal”

COVID-19 changed situations overnight and social distancing became mandatory.

Excluding defence and healthcare officials everyone started to work from home.


Work from home has many benefits like:

1.Employees will be safe from getting infected

2.Can practice social distancing and stay healthy

3.They are comfortable while working.


Working remotely could sometimes lead to differences between managing your own personal and professional space. 

Some tips for managing Work from home effectively:

  1. Maintain a Journal

  2. Communicate a lot

  3. Be clear about your thoughts in your communication

  4. Make sure you are free from distractions while working

  5. Do a 15 minutes daily meditation for better concentration

  6. Listen to success stories

  7. .Encourage everyone to talk in the team 

  8. Write down positive affirmations daily

  9. Write down things you are grateful for about your Job

  10. In chaotic conditions during work, immediately reach out for help.
